I ended up at Punto PC quite by accident (I was referred by another shop that didn’t have parts in stock). I hadn’t had a chance to see all of the wonderful reviews. Now that I know more I am not surprised!
It was lunchtime and shop was closing, but Vinicio opened the door, opened my old laptop, added more RAM. He sorted out my problem with kindness and expertise.
